Rukayya Ahmad Bello was born on 1st May 2002 in Kano State, Nigeria, and grew up in State Road, Kano. She attended Kano State Polytechnic Staff School for her primary education. She then went to Kano Capital Girls Secondary School, where she obtained her SSCE.
After completing her secondary education, Rukayya enrolled at Kano State Polytechnic, where she pursued and earned her National Diploma in Mass Communication.
