Halima, born and raised in Kano, began her educational journey at Garden Schools, where she earned her Primary School Certificate.
She then attended Kano Capital School, where she completed her secondary education and obtained her Secondary School Certificate. Halima further pursued a degree in Education English at Yusuf Maitama Sule University, graduating after four years (2017-2021).
During her university years, Halima successfully launched and managed small businesses in baking, small chops, and fashion (selling ready-to-wear clothes), which she continues to run to this day. After completing her studies, Halima served her NYSC at Diligent Kids Academy in Kano State.
Halima has since transitioned into a career in journalism, currently working as a broadcast journalist at Premier Radio 102.7 FM in Kano State, where she continues to develop her skills and make meaningful contributions to the field.
